To renew your PMI-ACP certification, you’ll need to earn 30 professional development units (PDUs) every 3 years. These PDUs can be earned through activities like courses, webinars, or Agile projects. Once completed, you can submit your PDUs for renewal.
It depends on your experience and background. While both certifications are prestigious, the PMI-ACP training course focuses more on agile methodologies, including Kanban, Scrum, Lean, and more.

If you don’t pass the PMI-ACP exam on the first try, you can retake the exam three times within the 1-year eligibility period. After three attempts, you must wait 1 year from the date of your last examination before you reapply.
